The linkage project started 42 projects, including 14 provincial and municipal major projects, 28 county-level projects, the total investment of 24.1 billion yuan, industrial doubling and upgrading projects more than 60%, accounting for 79.6% of the investment, including 3 industrial projects over 2 billion yuan, the project has a strong driving role, good comprehensive benefits, is bound to become a strong pillar to drive the South Jeolli economy, high-quality development."
In view of the project carried out by Guihang New Energy in South Jeolla Province, Secretary Zeng Ping said that he would insist on leading big investment with big project, driving big development with big investment, striving for packaging heat, striving for construction progress, striving for implementation speed, striving for service temperature, striving for project construction acceleration, striving for high quality development and ensuring economic development. And put forward three requirements for the economic development of South Jeolla County.

After the meeting, Zeng Ping, Secretary of South Jeonla County Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, together with Bian Jianzhong, county governor, asked Li Zaixin, general manager of Guihang Group, and Meng Dejiang, assistant general manager of Guihang Group, about the start-up and progress of the new plant.
